By downloading or using Mumbl, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the service

Mumbl is licensed for personal and professional use on Windows devices. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the application. One license is valid for up to two devices per account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. The 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method and will auto-convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mumbl to transcribe content that is illegal, defamatory, or that violates the privacy of third parties without their consent. Meeting transcription features (Pro+) must be used in compliance with applicable consent and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from outages.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Mumbl is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
